In addition, I kindly asked them if they could transfer money between my TBC accounts (I know from experience it takes them 15 seconds) and their reply was "do it yourself".

I explained that I currently had no internet connection on my phone and the reply was still "you can do it yourself". After debating in a lockdown for one or two minutes, the manager noticed my TBC platinum card, and they did the transfer for me.

I have visited many TBC branches and this is by far the worst customer experience I have encountered.
