Horrible shady company. In my opinion it’s run by thieves, I don’t think they are even affiliated with Interdean international. Just a group of local Georgians who use the Interdean name and logo. I wrote to Interdean corporate in the USA and they have no affiliation with Georgia Interdean LLC. Their movers stole several thousand dollars of personal items, small family heirlooms that were in a cabinet they were not to pack. They even entered rooms they were told to stay away from. They stole several hundred dollars of US cash from a wallet in a purse. They spread out fast when packing so it’s hard to keep track of them. You have to chase them down and keep them from wandering around. I noticed cash was missing from the bag on the last day, and then realized they packed a cabinet they were not to touch. I asked them to stay out of certain areas and they entered those areas. I filed a police report for the cash. I was not aware of the heirlooms they stole until my boxes were received. I knew that two packers focused on a certain area and I wanted their names as they packed boxes with many missing items. I offered significant rewards, they insisted they were innocent. I’m sure they knew who it was. Nothing ever turned up. They, Interdean Georgia LLC, offered no restitution. Their apologies were worthless. I wouldn’t trust anyone in that crew. They tell you that you are under a certain weight, they weight items in front of you, and then they added several hundred pounds after they weight it again at their warehouse. I think they said their portable scale wasn’t accurate. So then they offered to buy my couches and lazy boy chair to lower my weight. Like they wanted to do me a favor. Besides the heirlooms , they stole things they really could not use like an Amazon Alexa studio echo, and 110 step-downs, who knows what else. Some Items were damaged when I finally got my boxes. The crew foreman was Revaz Chanturia. He was apologetic but did not help much in retrieving my items. I tipped them, feed them and gave them drinks while they packed out. And then they stole.
