Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Never delivered anything on time, and extremely rude on the phone! When talking to, the customer service reps are argumentative, short and blatantly rude! NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE!! They lie and deceive repeatedly about delivery times and parcel whereabouts. Not a single delivery on time or smoothly. Did i mention very rude and unprofessional? - and they delete all the negative comments, so that only positive information is visible. do yourself a favor and find another service.
